Who we are
At Roofline, we are enabling the local execution of AI models on mobile and embedded devices. Our disruptive AI compiler technology finally brings cutting-edge AI models into real-life applications that are energy-efficient and secure. By collaborating with leading semiconductor players, we unlock novel AI applications in areas like robotics, automotive, and AI PCs.
To grasp this opportunity, we are building a team of extremely dedicated and world-class engineers. We are fast-growing, backed by leading investors, and awarded multi-million-euro funding by the EU as a critical AI infrastructure start-up. Now, we are looking for our first full-time business hire: An ambitious and talented individual to work alongside the founders and shape our next growth stage.

Your mission
  • Be ready to do everything that a founder does.
  • Shape our next growth stage across functions (finance, operations, HR, business development, …).
  • Challenge the status quo to improve Roofline as a high-performing organization. Bring in your own ideas and entrepreneurial spirit to make this venture a success.
  • Take ownership of high-impact strategic and operational topics, such as the execution of multi-million-euro funding projects.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to extract insights and develop communication material for key stakeholders such as investors.
Your profile
  • Striking the rare balance between entrepreneurial drive, strong communication skills, and the eagerness to dive into a technology-driven environment.
  • Proven excellence with degree in tech-related discipline or business.
  • First experience in a fast-paced environment such as start-up, consulting, or VC.
  • A strong analytical mindset and tech curiosity to identify and implement tools that improve how we work.
  • You set high standards for yourself and are highly reliable.
